MLB commissioner Bud Selig is telling the Bay Area baseball teams and their fans to be patient, according to an ESPN.com report on Thrsday.

Selig is still working on the issue of territorial rights and determining whether the A's will be allowed to proceed with plans to build a new ballpark and relocate some 40 miles south to San Jose, into the Giants' territory in the Silicon Valley.

Former D-Backs first baseman and TV analyst Mark Grace has been indicted in a DUI case and could face nearly four years in prison if convicted, according to an ESPN.com report on Thursday.

The Maricopa County Attorney's Office said a grand jury indicted Grace on Oct. 3 on four felony counts of aggravated driving or actual physical control while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.
