Former Senator George Mitchell won't change a word of his infamous 'Mitchell Report' on steroid use in baseball and believes that it may have caused less drug usage.
"The impression I get is that it's had a significant impact of reducing usage although that still remains very difficult to measure with any complete precision," Mitchell said Tuesday.
Mitchell's 409-page report implicated seven MVPs and 31 All-Stars.
