Jon Lester makes his final minor league rehabilitation start for Triple-A Pawtucket Wednesday night vs. Indianapolis but don?t expect the left-hander to be called up anytime soon. The Red Sox have all but decided to keep Lester, who successfully battled lymphoma over the offseason, with the PawSox for the time being in order to regain the stamina and arm strength necessary to compete at the major league level. Lester has had fantastic results in his first four rehab starts, going 0-0 with a 1.50 ERA and striking out 21 batters in 18 innings.
