A political action committee in Nevada has filed suit over the state's approval of $380 million in public funding for the construction of a new park for the A's on the Vegas Strip.

The committee is backed by the Nevada State Education Association's Strong Public Schools and has filed suit against the state and its governor, Joe Lombardo.

The A's are not named as a defendant in the case. The suit alleges that the stadium funding law does not comply with the state constitution.
