Alek Manoah hasn't pitched in roughly a month and is now regarded as "highly unlikely" to pitch again for the Toronto Blue Jays this season, according to a report.

Manoah has been undergoing medical testing on his knee, back, and quad, and while no structural damage was found, according to the report, the combination of those physical issues are "leading him to prioritize rest and recovery."

In 19 starts, he amassed a 5.87 ERA (72 ERA+) and a 1.34 strikeout-to-walk ratio this season.

Manoah, 25, finished third in American League Cy Young Award voting last season.
