The Chicago Cubs are having "active talks" with Yu Darvish, according to a report.

While no agreement is close, the market for Darvish appears to be picking up.

The right-hander has also been linked to the Milwaukee Brewers, Los Angeles Dodgers, Texas Rangers, Minnesota Twins and New York Yankees.
