Keith Foulke is close to a one-year contract with the Cleveland Indians. The deal may be contingent on Foulke passing a physical exam. "We've had a lot of positive and constructive dialogue with Keith's agent," said Indians General Manager Mark Shapiro. "But we still have a lot of ground to cover."
