The Los Angeles Angels have agreed to a three-year, $26 million contract with Kole Calhoun.

The two sides reached an agreement on a one-year, $6.35 million deal to avoid arbitration last week, but came to terms on the longer deal to keep Calhoun under contract through 2019.

Calhoun's 2017 pay will be lowered to $6 million. He will earn $8.5 million in 2018 and $10.5 million in 2019, and the Angels have a $14 million option for 2020 with a $1 million buyout.
