Despite an early push to re-sign him, it seems unlikely that the Toronto Blue Jays will strike a quick contract agreement with Edwin Encarnacion.

Encarnacion is drawing strong interest from other clubs and it appears as though he'll allow the market to develop before deciding where he'll sign.
