Matt Silverman says the Tampa Bay Rays will approach the offseason with open eyes after a disappointing season.

"When you only win 68 games, you're open to everything," Silverman told The Tampa Bay Times.

Marc Topkin notes that "everything" doesn't extend to Evan Longoria, who the Rays have no desire to trade.
