Miguel Sano did something no one had ever done at Tropicana Field on Sunday afternoon.

Sano hit a ball so high that it scraped off the roof, some 210 feet above the playing surface.

Evan Longoria kept with the ball and caught it to retire Sano despite it being the first incident of its kind.

"I think it would've hit the roof if it was 30 feet higher. It didn't just graze it. He got the catwalk last year, he got the roof this year," Paul Molitor said.

Tropicana Field is known for its unique ground rules -- especially those pertaining to the catwalks.
