Kris Bryant will have a precautionary MRI on his right ankle after he rolled it as he rounded the bases on Thursday as the Chicago Cubs defeated the Milwaukee Brewers.

The Cubs labeled the injury as a mild sprain.

"I don't know," Joe Maddon said when asked if Bryant will miss time. "I honestly don't know. You saw him jog off the field. I don't want to create conjecture. Let's see what happens with the test."

Bryant, 24, is hitting .289/.372/.506 with four home runs and 15 RBI this season.
