David Ortiz homered on Wednesday night, his second in as many games.

According to Elias, Ortiz joined another Boston Red Sox legend, Ted Williams, as the only two players age 40 and over in history to hit home runs in the first two games of a season.

"I don't want to hear about that," Ortiz said. "That's not going to make me feel any younger."

Wednesday's home runs was the 505th of Ortiz's career, moving him past Eddie Murray for 26th on the all-time list.
