The Oakland Athletics haven't had any discussions with Josh Reddick about a contract extension, David Forst told the media on Tuesday.

The general manager hasn't yet had a chance to speak to Reddick's agent since the two sides have been playing "phone tag" due to travel and other assorted issues.

Reddick has expressed a desire to remain with the Athletics.
