The Atlanta Braves are looking to trade at least one of Michael Bourn or Nick Swisher this offseason.
Atlanta is willing "to eat a significant portion of the salary" owed to either player to facilitate a deal, according to a report.
Swisher is owed $15 million in 2016 and has a vesting option worth $14 million for 2017 if he makes 550 plate appearances next season and passes an end-of-year physical.
Bourn is owed $14 million next season with a $12 million vesting option for 2017 that also becomes official after he reaches 550 plate appearances.
