Following a press conference on Wednesday, New York Mets general manager Sandy Alderson fainted.

Alderson was listening to a question from a reporter when he blacked out and dropped to the ground in a warm area in the bowels of the stadium.

After less than a minute, the 67-year-old came to and was helped into a chair.

Alderson was able to walk out of the media briefing room under his own power.
