After three years together, Derek Jeter and Hannah Davis are set to tie the knot, according to sources close to the model.

"She already has the ring," the New York Daily News was told. "The family is very happy because they really like him."

Jeter, 41, had been linked to a long line of women over the years including Mariah Carey, Minka Kelly, Jessica Biel, Jordana Brewster and Adriana Lima.
