The Philadelphia Phillies will receive Minor Leaguers John Richy and Darnell Sweeney from the Los Angeles Dodgers in the Chase Utley deal.

Los Angeles will receive $4 million to help offset the remainder of Utley's contract.

Philadelphia has announced that Sweeney will step in immediately and fill Utley's spot on the Major League roster.
