The Philadelphia Phillies have agreed to trade Chase Utley to the Los Angeles Dodgers, according to a report by Jon Heyman of CBS Sports.

A pair of Minor League players will head to Philadelphia in the trade and Los Angeles will pay $2 million of what remains on Utley's contract for 2015.
