The San Diego Padres haven't ruled out re-signing Justin Upton this offseason.

Upton, who will turn 28 later this month, is hitting .253/.333/.446 with 20 home runs, 63 RBI and 18 stolen bases.

"He's definitely going to be one of the options we talk about," A.J. Preller said. "He's made a very positive impression here. We're going to sit down in the offseason and see what we can do with him."
