The Detroit Tigers could position themselves as sellers at the trade deadline for the first time in years, according to a report.

David Price and Yoenis Cespedes will both become free agents after the season. The pair are expected to be made available in a trade as they could walk away without Detroit receiving anything more than a draft pick in free agency.

Dave Dombrowski hasn't tipped his hand, but the Tigers are falling out of the playoff picture and Miguel Cabrera may not return from the disabled list until mid-August.
