The Arizona Diamondbacks will look at Archie Bradley as a long reliever as a way to ease the 22-year-old into the Major Leagues.

The club announced their starting rotation on Monday and Bradley wasn't one of the five pitchers, but that could change.

Through 22 1/3 innings of Cactus League play, Bradley has a 1.61 ERA. He's been Arizona's most impressive pitcher this spring, which may change how the Diamondbacks use him sooner than later.

"We've named our five, but he's pushed the envelope all the way down to the last possible chance he had," Chip Hale said. "He's looked great. We'll have to sit down and evaluate everything."
