Cole Hamels is reportedly still a target of the San Diego Padres, who have shaken up their roster this offseason.

Nothing is close between the Padres and Philadelphia Phillies, but the left-hander, who is a San Diego native, has been linked to the club before.

The Phillies are believed to want a lot in return for the 31-year-old Hamels.
