Jon Lester will sign with the Chicago Cubs on a six-year, $155 million deal, according to sources.

Lester also considered the Boston Red Sox, San Francisco Giants and Los Angeles Dodgers.

The Red Sox were the runners up with a six-year, $135 million bid.

The Giants were willing to offer a seven-year deal worth $168 million.
