Cliff Lee won't return to the Philadelphia Phillies until after the All-Star break after a minor league rehab outing was cut short by rain.

The left-hander was limited to just 24 pitches for Class-A Clearwater on Sunday when the game was suspended. He was scheduled to throw around 70 pitches.

Lee will make two more rehab starts and now is targeting July 19 for his return from the disabled list. He is recovering from a strained left elbow.
