The New York Yankees are struggling offensively, but don't look at Jorge Posada as a potential solution.

"I can't play that game anymore," Posada told the Daily News. "It's too fast. They're throwing too hard. I'm happy. I think my decision was great. I couldn't play that game anymore. It's a tough sport."

Posada retired in January 2012.

He's one of only five catchers all-time with 1,500 hits, 350 doubles, 275 homers and 1,000 RBIs.

"First year is the toughest and after that you learn a little bit of what you're role is at home," Posada said of his retirement. "I'm excited and happy that I got to be there for the kids and be there for their games and so I'm happy for that."
