Toronto Blue Jays slugger Jose Bautista hit just .200 in April as he became a three-outcome hitter: home run, walk or strikeout.
In 2011, he hit .302/.447/.608 with 43 home runs and 103 RBIs.
On Sunday, Bautista hit his first two home runs of May, raising his batting line to .246/.360/.544.
While he is showing signs of improvement over his April numbers, Bautista remains a very good fastball hitter.
He's hitting .333 with six home runs in 51 at-bats ending with a fastball this season.
