The Mets spent Monday discussing Cy Young winner R.A. Dickey with several teams.

Dickey is under contract for 2013 at $5 million, but New York is serious about trading him if they are unable to come to terms on an extension.

New York looking for outfielder Jackie Bradley Jr. and shortstop Xander Boegarts in exchange for Dickey, but Boston is unlikely to part with those prospects.
