Vance Worley will not need Tommy John surgery after a visit to Dr. James Andrews, but he does have inflammation and bone chips in his right elbow. "Immediately after he grabbed my arm he knew it wasn't Tommy John," the Philadelphia right-hander said. "Now I just have to go out and get it going." Worley was not immediately sure of the plan for his return to the field. He is going to have to pitch with pain in his elbow for the rest of the season, something that Cole Hamels did last year. "It doesn't feel good, but I can do it," Worley said.
