It is being reported by the Boston Globe that Red Sox pitcher Tim Wakefield is headed to the disabled list with a fractured rib. While no offical word has been handed down from the Red Sox, it is being reported that lefthander Kason Gabbard will take Wakefield's spot in the rotation on Saturday.
