Rockies left-hander Jorge De La Rosa made his first rehab start last week for Single-A Modesto. A year removed from elbow ligament surgery, De La Rosa has thrown three times in extended spring training and was eager to get back on the mound in a real game. "Of course I will be the same as before. I feel really good," De La Rosa said last week. "My velocity is OK. I am around 91 to 92 (miles per hour) and have thrown one or two at 93." De La Rosa is in the second year of a two-year contract worth $21.5 million.
