The New York Yankees and Kansas City Royals are speculated to be discussing a deal involving K.C. outfielder Reggie Sanders. Yankees scout Jim Benedict was at Fenway Park to watch the Royals-Red Sox game and Mike Paczik was on hand at Yankee Stadium to see the Mariners and Yankees to see which players they may look for in exchange for Sanders. Benedict, however, was unable to see Sanders play last night because he was sidelined with a groin injury.
