The Indians have traded outfielder Ryan Spilborghs to the Rangers for cash considerations. Spilborghs, 32, has been assigned to the Class AAA affiliate of Texas. To replace Spilborghs, outfielder Ben Copeland was promoted to Columbus from Class AA Akron.
