The Cubs are mulling over whether to replace Carlos Marmol as the team's closer after his latest meltdown. "I've definitely thought of it now," manager Dave Sveum said. "I can't lie to you." Sveum said his "only options" are James Russell and Rafael Dolis. Marmol is in the second year of a three-year, $20 million deal. As for a change in roles, Marmol said he understands the move. "He's the manager," he said. "He can do whatever he wants to do. I agree with that. Whatever he wants to do. I'll take the ball whenever he asks me."
