Joba Chamberlain has been released from the hospital, three days after dislocating his right ankle bouncing on a trampoline.
Yankees general manager Brian Cashman said Sunday that the reliever's recovery is going as well as can be expected.
Chamberlain required surgery for the injury, in which a bone broke through the skin.
He will be in a cast for six weeks and there is no timetable for the 26-year-old to resume pitching.
