With bigger stars, World Series titles, and its performance in interleague play this season, the American League has seemingly proven itself to be the dominant league in the majors. But nowhere may that be more present than at the All-Star game, where the National League will be looking for its first victory since 1996 when the two leagues meet at Pittsburgh's PNC Park on Tuesday night. Since commissioner Bud Selig declared 2002's game in Milwaukee a 7-7 tie after 11 innings when both teams ran out of pitchers, the winner of the All-Star game has been afforded home-field advantage in the World Series.
