The Yankees and Red Sox have shown interest in veteran right-hander Roy Oswalt. Boston could use some leadership in their starting rotation if the price isn't prohibitive. Oswalt's agent, Bob Garber, has spoken to Ben Cherington and Brian Cashman since the season ended.
