Major League Baseball's new collective bargaining agreement will include blood testing for human growth hormone, according to sources. A report in the New York Times said testing would begin in February during spring training. According to a pair of sources, the penalty for a positive HGH test will be the same as a positive steroid test -- a 50-game suspension. MLB would become the first major professional sports league in North America to test for HGH. The NFL agreed upon on HGH testing in its latest CBA, but has yet to implement it.
