The Rangers haven't ruled out re-signing C.J. Wilson, but they still have to decide what kind of offer they feel is fair. Wilson doesn't fall into the category of ace, but he's shown the past two seasons that he's a premier pitcher and he's one of the best options on the free-agent market. Texas isn't likely to get into a huge bidding war for Wilson's services. A lot will depend on if there's a team out there willing to pay Wilson a compensation package that's in line with a No. 1 starter.
