Roy Halladay, making his 50th start as a member of the Phillies on Sunday, tossed a complete game in the team's 3-1 victory over the Athletics. It was Halladay's fifth complete game of the season and allowed him to earn his 10th win. "He's pretty steady," Philadelphia manager Charlie Manuel said. "If we can score three or four runs, our starting pitchers have a good chance to win the game. We scratched out three runs and he did a tremendous job. It might not sound like a lot of runs but it gives him room to work." In his first 50 starts with the Phillies, Halladay is 31-13 with a 2.43 ERA and 14 complete games.
