Reds right-hander Edinson Volquez's demotion to the minor leagues may be nearing an end. Volquez made his second start for Triple-A Louisville on Thursday, working 6 2/3 innings and allowing one earned run and five hits with four walks and two strikeouts. "There's a good chance," Cincinnati manager Dusty Baker said. "I have to talk to him and see how he feels exactly, and look him in the face and see his assessments of his own outings."
