The Orioles have activated starting pitcher Brian Matusz off the disabled list and he will make his season debut against the Mariners. The left-hander had been on the disabled list since March 30 with a strained left intercostal muscle. He was 10-12 with a 4.30 ERA in 32 starts in 2010.
