Red Sox second baseman Dustin Pedroia tested his foot in the team's 6-0 win over Boston College on Saturday. Pedroia was limited to just 73 games last season because of a fractured left foot. He walked a scored on a homer by Kevin Youkilis. "I wasn't out there very long but I felt good," Pedroia said. "My foot felt good. My timing's all jacked up but that takes some time. But, physically, I felt great." He had no defensive plays at second.
