Red Sox outfielder Mike Cameron's rehab from a torn abdominal muscle and a groin injury is currently on track. Cameron is set to begin baseball activities shortly after Thanksgiving, just three months after undergoing 4? hours of surgery for both injuries. "Mike's doing very well," agent Mike Nicotera said. "He is running, doing plyometrics and agility work and lifting. The plan was for him to be completely 'rehabbed' by Thanksgiving, and he is on schedule. From there, he will continue to work out normally to get ready for the season." Cameron played in just 48 games for Boston in 2010 after signing a two-year, $15.5-million contract.
