Jim Thome is planning on continuing his career into the 2011 season. "That's the plan, absolutely," he said. Thome's performance and presence with the Twins has drawn comparisons by some to Brett Favre. "Any time you can have your name thrown in the same mix with Brett Favre, it's an honor," he said. "That's pretty cool. I guess if you kind of look at how (the Vikings') season went last year, yeah."
