Blue Jays starter Brandon Morrow struck out 17 batters in the team's 1-0 win over the Rays on Sunday. Morrow fell one out shy of a no-hitter, giving up a single with two outs in the ninth inning. Tampa Bay's Evan Longoria singled to break out the no-hit bid. There have been five no-hitters this season, with four bids that have been lost in the ninth inning. "I was just trying to get those three outs," Morrow said afterward. "I was trying not to think about the no-hitter, or anything like that."
