Rangers outfielder Josh Hamilton had a cortisone shot in his right knee after Saturday's game against the Rays. Hamilton wasn't in the lineup on Sunday after coming out Saturday's game in the ninth inning. He said the knee has bothered him for the last month and that he wanted something to alleviate the soreness. Hamilton ended up pinch-hitting on Sunday and he remained in the game defensively. "It's nothing that's so painful that I can't play with it," Hamilton said. "But it's given out a little bit. It was a good time to get it taken care of."
