The Cubs are moving pitcher Carlos Zambrano to the bullpen. Zambrano has a $91.5 million contract. "That's unbelievable," second-year starter Randy Wells said. "I can't imagine. But if it helps the team, that's what it's about right now. We need somebody there." Manager Lou Piniella said Zambrano's willingness was key to going forward with a decision. "This makes all the sense in the world," said Piniella, who's team has struggling bullpen. "It's temporary," Zambrano said. "I don't like to be a reliever. I don't want to be a reliever. But this team needs somebody to step up and help out in the bullpen."
