The Rockies will sign manager Jim Tracy and general manager Dan O'Dowd to long-term contracts, according to a source. Within the next few days, Colorado will work out a new deal with O'Dowd, which will then clear the way for Tracy's pact. The Rockies are also expected to invite the entire coaching staff to return in the same roles.
