Ryan Church's time in Atlanta may not last much longer. The Braves acquired Church from the Mets for Jeff Francoeur in July. The outfielder has hit .260 with two homers and a .749 OPS since the trade. He left the team on Friday to be with his wife, who gave birth to the couple's second child. Church will be eligible for arbitration this winter and could see his current $2.8 million salary increased to somewhere around $3.5 million. Because of his back problems, the Braves may balk at that potential cost and attempt to trade him.
